添加了一个日志，日志存在的时候每个月会为一个失业率低于5%的地块添加汉文化社群和100名汉文化火星人来防止社群消失，然后就可以体验华润万家了。 6.29更新：我把开启和未开启的文本写反了，怪不得测的时候是好的正式开始玩不生效，现在改正了。 8.11更新 修改润出人口最小比例从5%到0.1%，提高失业造成的移民吸引力下降和有空闲工作造成的吸引力上升，做到应润尽润，现在大型pop也可以分割移民出去了。 8.16更新 修复了其他国家会错误出现重置大清专属日志的决议的问题。 现已加入肯德基豪华午餐
