由于原作者一直没更新，于是我将其更新并修复了一些bug。 本mod没有得到原作者同意（）若侵权我会下架。 添加了一个可以和平吞并附庸的外交行动，只需要好感不低于善意并征求附庸国同意即可。 游戏规则来控制ai是否可以使用该功能，默认为关闭 Ai不会使用该功能，并且由玩家发起的该外交行动附庸国必定同意。
