- Destroy Factions Permanently (passive influence drain)The goal of this mod is to allow factions to be destroyed permanently if they run out of councilors, influence, and controlled nations. It does so by adding a passive influence drain to all factions that is trivial in normal gameplay, but which destroys the ability for factions that have been rel...6.9k downloadsupdated 2 y ago
- Tome of Absolute ZeroThis mod adds the Tome of Absolute Zero, a tier V tome specializing in inflicting Frozen and Status Vulnerability on enemies. If you're taking a bunch of Shadow tomes but aren't going for an undead build, this should give you an alternative tier V pick. Skills include the following: Icebreaker We...6.2k downloadsupdated 13 mo ago
- Tome of Catalytic AccelerationThis mod adds the Tome of Catalytic Acceleration, an Astral Tier V tome specializing in achieving rapid-fire spellcasting in exchange for ludicrous sums of mana. If you wanted to play as a "spell machinegun" build, now's your chance! Skills include the following: Overcast Blitz: The crux of the t...4.3k downloadsupdated 13 mo ago
- More Efficient SteelSteel sucks. In vanilla, a recipe like Open Hearth Process uses 30 coal and 90 iron, and if you use the Rotary Valve Engine automation PM, the total input goods goes to 40 coal, 90 iron, and 5 tools. In exchange it produces 120 steel. At base prices, 100% MAPI, and no wages paid, the cost of the...3.8k downloadsupdated 10 mo ago
- 100% Chance to Annex Loyal SubjectThis mod guarantees that loyal subjects can be annexed with a 100% success chance. They won't have a minimum 25% chance to suicide against you in goofy, pointless RNG diploplays. This brings Vic3 more in line with other Paradox games like HoI4, EU4, I:R, and Stellaris. It does this by changing 3...3.3k downloadsupdated 8 mo ago
- Balkanize the Great Powers (More Releasable Nations)This mod adds a bunch of releasable nations to the great powers for people who like breaking up enemy nations instead of outright conquest. Most releasable nations are moderately large (on the order of Ukraine or Occitania in the vanilla game) to justify the flat 30 warscore cost and the fact tha...681 downloadsupdated 1 mo ago
- Faster ship constructionCuts the time to build ships by half across the board.664 downloadsupdated 3 y ago
- Modded Tier V Tome Block FixThis is a fix to an oversight by the developers where modded Tier V tomes don't block vanilla Tier V tomes of the same affinity from being picked. This modifies the vanilla Tier V tome files, so it will probably be incompatible with mods that change those.624 downloadsupdated 13 mo ago
- Scaling Infamy DecayThis mod aims to make the game more interesting by increasing the rate of infamy decay at higher infamy levels by a bit. It also gives a slight reduction to infamy generated. So why do this? In vanilla, there's many diplomatic penalties that get applied to nations with high infamy. First, there's...564 downloadsupdated 8 mo ago
- Eight Turns to Respawn LeaderWhen leaders die, they will take 8 turns to respawn instead of 3. This is to prevent wars of attrition where the leader dies, but is back again in a very short timeframe such that it feelsl like there's no point to even killing them. Now, their deaths should have meaning, and you can do a lot of...203 downloadsupdated 23 mo ago
- Disable AlliancesSets the alliance member cap to 0, so alliances can never be formed. This is a fork of the Partnership Alliance mod by P-Lo Skrillz -- his mod set the limit to 2, while mine sets the limit to 0 to disable alliances entirely. Alliances in this game are one of the most broken, unbalanced bits of di...119 downloadsupdated 3 mo ago
- Tier 3 Autonomous AdministrationAutonomous Administration can now be built on a tier 3 colony, not just tier 4. This should allow you to expand relatively rapidly in the endgame without being bottlenecked as much by luxuries to upgrade to tier 4. The colony cap is still very relevant in the early and midgame, making this IMO a...113 downloadsupdated 3 mo ago
