Allows Promethean units to benefit from Arc and Laser upgrades and technology by making all Plasma weapons also count as Arc and Laser. Bombs are now explosive. They can benefit from explosive upgrades. Exceptions are Kirko and Shakarn versions, witch get Biochemical and Sonic+Laser respectively....
