Another take on an extra utility slots mod. This time the number of extra slots scales with size. Gunships, Escorts, and Corvettes are unchanged. Frigates, Monitors, and Destroyers have +1 slot. Cruisers and Capitals have +2 slots. Titans have +3 slots. Proper multiplayer compatibility built in!
