Effect: Removed the increase in atrocities caused by random events, assassinating councilors, and destroying habs, but dropping nuclear bombs will still increase atrocities based on the number of deaths. 移除 随机事件、刺杀理事、摧毁舱体 带来的暴行，但扔核弹依然会根据死亡人数增加暴行。
