The Nebula Refinery can now correctly be built in Binary and Trinary systems that have an F-class star in them. The Ice Mining Station can now correctly be built on Ice Worlds and Frozen Worlds. This only modifies the Nebula Refinery and Ice Mining Station from the 00_starbase_buildings.txt file....
